I think my -I directive is right because I tried to compile the first simple example (which doesn't need the separately-compiled Boost libraries) and it was all ok. I also tried your solution but the result was the same... Undefined symbols: "boost::re_detail::get_mem_block()", referenced from:..... etc etc
