[parameter] Documented way to call arg-pack-accepting function generated by BOOST_PARAMETER_FUNCTION

Is there a documented way to call a function generated using BOOST_PARAMETER_FUNCTION with an explicit ArgumentPack? The "<f>_with_named_params" hinted at in the documentation does not seem to exist. -- Jeremiah Willcock
